DBS-checked staff
Every member of the Polaris Gateway team holds a current enhanced DBS check, with right-to-work and reference checks on top.
Trained and supervised
Care Certificate and mandatory training in place, with regular supervision and ongoing professional development for the whole team.
Fully insured
Public liability and employer's liability cover in place. Clear, written agreements with every family and referrer we work with.
