About

Care delivered with rigour, warmth, and accountability

Polaris Gateway Care Ltd was established in 2025 to do two things well: provide regulated home care that families can trust, and train the next generation of care professionals to the same standard.

A Polaris Gateway carer sits beside an older woman in a warm sitting room, in quiet conversation.

We are a small, newly incorporated organisation, and we are deliberately open about that. Being new means we are building every process from scratch with current regulation, current best practice, and current technology in mind. Nothing is inherited from a way of working we have outgrown.

Our model brings two strands together: domiciliary care delivered in people’s homes, and a training arm that develops the workforce that delivers it. The two reinforce each other. The standards we expect of our own carers are the same standards we teach.

What we stand for

Four commitments that shape every recruitment decision, every care plan, and every training cohort.

Dignity first
Every care plan begins with the person, not the task. We protect choice, privacy, and the right to be heard, for the people we support and for our team.
Compliance-led
CQC standards are the floor we build on, not the ceiling. Safeguarding, supervision, and clinical governance are designed in, not bolted on.
Investing in people
We pay for training. We pay for travel time. We supervise, debrief, and develop. Better-supported staff give better-quality care, there is no shortcut.
Honest communication
Families, referrers, and regulators get the same story from us. If we can help, we will say so. If we cannot, we will say that too, and signpost.
