- Paid training, not goodwill
- Induction, shadowing, and ongoing training time is paid. So is travel between visits. The basics, done properly.
- Real supervision
- Regular 1:1s with a senior carer or registered manager, not just an annual review. We notice when things are hard.
- Clear progression
- Care worker → senior carer → team leader → registered manager. We will tell you what the next step needs and back you to get there.
- Safer staffing
- Realistic rotas, sensible travel windows, and continuity with the people you support. Burnout is a risk we manage actively.

Care Worker (Domiciliary)

Deliver person-centred care in people's homes. Experience helpful but not essential, we will train the right person.
